Welcome back, Catechists! 

You should have received your class rosters and we have sent emails and messages to the parents about catechist assignments and classrooms. Please communicate with the parents introducing yourself and notes about first day of class, class times and dates.

Sundays - 9:15-10:30 am

Wednesdays - 6:00-7:15 pm

A couple of reminders:

• On the first day, we will all meet in the Church following 8am Mass. We will dismiss by class and parents will stay for a meeting with Fr. Xavi. Please do not accept any students not on your rosters without a transfer slip.

• Let us know if you are in need of materials or supplies.

• If you need copies run, please try to email them to Roselyn a week in advance. This alleviates copier needs on class day. Just let us know what date the material is needed for so that we know when to have the copies ready.

• If you have not emailed your activities 3 days prior to the day the copies are needed, please use the computer in the office to access your document and print it. 

• Please keep up with attendance and excuse notes in the plastic folders provided to you. 

• Please remember to ask your students to clean up behind themselves. When the classrooms need vacuming, please make time before or after class to clean up.

• Trash bags are to be brought to the area next to the fire extinguisher at the end of eclass. This is important on days where your class has had a party so that food is not left in the room.
